Consultative Support: At this level, in addition to problem resolution support, OpenLogic consults with the customer to provide more detailed assistance. This can include configuration review, performance tuning, architecture review, production planning, migration planning and project selection. Proactive Support: This innovative new proactive support offering combines remote monitoring of critical server infrastructure with proactive response by OpenLogic's support organization to alerts and issues that arise. OpenLogic's proactive support uses Hyperic HQ to remotely monitor individual open source projects or entire open source stacks. In addition, the proactive support package includes a quarterly health check by OpenLogic of a company's production infrastructure. This health check includes recommendations for tuning the system and improving performance as well as planning for future expansion.
